Floral Order Delivery Times
Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 7 PM). Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but they cannot be guaranteed.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the florist may choose to:

  • Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.
  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
  • Call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time.
If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.

Holiday Delivery Information
Due to increased volume of floral and gift orders being delivered during peak holiday periods, most florists require flexible delivery dates during these times. For this reason we cannot offer same-day or nexy-day delivery during the following major floral holiday periods: Christmas, New Year's Eve, Orthodox Christmas, Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Easter.

Nikolaev.

With three sides washed by Ingul and South Bug, it from a height like a bird's eye disclosed hand, the request to the sun. Flotskaya ship and the city, like the offspring of Prince Potemkin-Tavricheskogo laid them in 1789, in a beautiful place, the surprisingly picturesque peninsula in merger Ingula and South Bug, it could over time become a "southern capital" of Russia finally cut a window to the Black Sea space, in the Mediterranean. But history ordered otherwise. Nikolaev have become city-shipyard, the cradle of the Black Sea fleet, city workmen, one of the centers of shipbuilding Russia, and then the Soviet Union. Such specificity imposed imprint on the fate, nature and even the appearance of Nikolaev. Nevertheless, the city grew, evolved, lived their lives. Today it is a major regional center of Ukraine with half a million people, known worldwide industrial giants, developed social sphere, this broad, green pamphlets, is a full charm center, this beautiful Southern Bug and Ingul.

House of the Chief Commander

In the city it was also known as "The Palase of Admiral", because for more than 100 years admirals, the chief officers of the Black Sea Fleet, military governors and members of their families lived there. It was built in 1794 from wood based on the stone plinth according to the design of the architect P.V. Neyelov. During its history of more then 200 years it was remodeled countless times. In 1834 it was given its modern look by the architect C. Akroid. In XX century it was deconstructed and then rebuilt in stone, now as a Museum of Shipbuilding and Fleet. It looks wonderful these days.

Guilding of the city administration

It was build according to the design of an architect E.A. Shtukenberg in 1911 on Admiralskaya Street between the streets Sobornaya and Rozhdestvenskaya. It was constructed on the place of the building of city administration that didn't survive the fire after 100 years of use. The front of the building of the Duma looked to the north. After the October revolution the building was also used for the meeting of city Council but during the Second World War it was destroyed. Now on that place we can see several buildings given to communication service offices.
The modern building of the City Council (Administration), which used to be the regional center of the Communist party during Soviet years, was built at the same square but its facade looks to the east.
